BOOK REVIEW OF THE WEEK: God and Kings by Lynn Austin

Do you know anything about the Old Testament man- King Hezekiah?  I didn’t either until I read God and Kings.  He was like a lot of people you know today-really messed up dad, lots of pressure at work to do the earthly thing instead of the godly thing and he never seems to be on the same page with his wife.  This is the first book in the Chronicles of the Kings series.  Good writing and I think pretty well grounded in scripture.  If you like historical fiction, you’ll like God and Kings by Lynn Austin.
