BOOK REVIEW OF THE WEEK: The Pawn by Steven James

If you like a thinking man’s mystery, this book’s for you.  The Pawn is like CSI on steroids.  FBI Criminologist Patrick Bowers hunts a serial killer but finds lots of twists and turns in his plot.  I love an author that can surprise me and James Stevens defiantely hit that mark.  The subtle faith messages comes from the lead character’s memories of his deceased wife.  I love that!  Even after her death her Christian witness lives on.  Oh, and this is the first in a series if you like it.

About Karen Tripp

Beyond being a Christian Counselor and the President of Cancer Companions, Karen loves to read (she's a great reader) and loves to sing (she's a bad singer) in her home near St Louis, MO.
