BOOK REVIEW OF THE WEEK: Unveiled by Francine Rivers

Francine Rivers wrote a series of small novellas about the 5 women who are listed in the genealogy of Christ.  All are good, easy reads but Unveiled is my favorite.  Unveiled is about Tamar, the daughter-in-law of Jacob and the wife of Judah.  It’s one of those little known stories of the bible but full of  yucky husbands, mean mother-in-laws and ultimately God’s grace.  When you get to the end, you’ll wonder if there really is such a wild story  in the Bible- BUT THERE IS!

Worth every page of reading…

About Karen Tripp

Beyond being a Christian Counselor and the President of Cancer Companions, Karen loves to read (she's a great reader) and loves to sing (she's a bad singer) in her home near St Louis, MO. Cancer has personally touched Karen's personal life through her dad - a 23 year colon cancer survivor. Impacting lives for Christ through her speaking, writing and counseling fills Karen with a passion which infuses every task she approaches. (except matching socks. Karen hates matching socks.)
