During my chemo infusion treatment process, I became weakened and with my resistance low, I contracted some type of virus.  I was feeling bad enough due to the chemo, sick to my stomach and had a very high temperature due to the virus.  Being all alone one day, I basically appealed to the Above and asked, “What more do you want of me?  What more am I supposed to do?  Tell me and I will do it!”

Later that same day, musical notes to a song which I had long forgotten began to come into my mind.  Da Da Daaaa; Da Da Da Daaa.  I remembered those three or four notes and couldn’t get them out of my mind…but for the life of me, I couldn’t remember the song or the lyrics.  Working with my smart phone eventually that same day I discovered that the artist was the group Argent and the song was Hold Your Head Up from 1972.  The main lyrics are: “and if it’s bad, don’t let it get you down, you can take it…And if it hurts, don’t let them see you cry, you can fake it….Hold your head up!  Hold your head up!  Hold your head up! … Hold your head high!”
