The St Louis Prostate Cancer Connection is a cancer support group for men coping with the impact of prostate cancer. They have invited Karen Tripp to speak on God is Bigger Than Your Cancer. For this special event, the group is inviting patients, survivors or caregivers coping with any type of cancer.
The basic belief discussed in the seminar is that cancer doesn’t get to swallow your days and your nights. It doesn’t get to come between you and your loved ones and it doesn’t get to come between you and your God. In short, cancer does not get to be more important than the most important things in your life. The most important things in your life are the things you can use to push the cancer back so you can breathe again.
Jesus is the master at pushing back the chaos of cancer for everyone. Karen Tripp MS, author of God is Bigger Than Your Cancer Workbook will discuss coping with cancer through the Christian tools of faith, healing and prayer.
